A Grammy Nomination for Excavated Shellac
This past week, we were excited to receive news that our most recent release “Excavated Shellac: An Alternate History of the World's Music” was nominated for a Grammy Award in the Best Historical Album category.
Excavated Shellac: An Alternate History of the World’s Music is the fourth co-production between Dust-to-Digital and producer, writer, and record collector Jonathan Ward. Based in Los Angeles, Jonathan is continuing to set a new bar for listening, enjoying, and understanding vintage recordings made around the world.
Rounding out the Excavated Shellac production team are Michael Graves and Barbara Bersche. All 100 tracks included in the anthology were newly-digitized and expertly-restored by Michael Graves at Osiris Studio. In addition, the 186-page PDF was beautifully designed by Barbara Bersche.

To celebrate the Grammy nomination, we have created a bundle of all four of our Excavated Shellac releases available for the first time.
